This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms of use for the mobile application “Flashcards for Memorization” (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) for school students. By installing and using the Application, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Provisions The “Flashcards for Memorization” Application is provided for use to repeat flashcards from the catalog and create custom flashcards.
2. User Rights Users have the right to use the Application solely for personal educational purposes. Any other use is prohibited.
3. User Obligations The user agrees to use the Application in good faith and not to engage in any actions that disrupt the functionality of the Application or other users' access to it.
4. No Warranty The Application is provided “as is” without any warranties from the developer.
5. Limitation of Liability The developer is not responsible for any potential damages resulting from the use of the Application.
